Fasteners Nuts Screws

​Bolts are externally male threaded Fasteners, typically used with a Nut and where greater Shear Force is required.  Standard types of Bolts are Carriage Bolts, Hex Cap Screws, Hex Machine Bolts and Taping Bolts.

​Cage Nuts / Caged Nuts or called Tinnerman ® S / U Clip nuts,  provide for effective server rack equipment fastener mounting rails.

​Captive Panel Screws provide for a secure Captivation of Screw Fastener in a typical panel / open – close application.  The standard Dzus ® Quarter Turn Stud Captive Panel Screws and receptacle  provide Panel quick turn access.

​Electronic equipment Chassis Fasteners provide generally a locking post, or Screw- Locking corrosive resistant.

Fastening Pins provide for generally quick fastening and release.   The Dowel Pin, Spring Pin, Cotter Pin, Taper and Clevis are the standards with Quick Release Pins, Hitch Pins and Locking Pins providing application options.

Precision Shoulder Screws provide multiple shoulder lengths for your applications.  Standard Hex or Slotted Drive with low profile and miniature options as small as 1/8 inch.

Thread Forming and Thread Cutting Screws create threads in metals or plastics.  The Taptite ® , Plastite ®  brands are leading standards for Tapping, Thread Cutting, Forming and Rolling in many applications.

Socket Cap Screws / Socket Set Screws are standard for high strength fastening.   The Socket Head , Flat Head and Rounded Head styles with Hex, Torx ® , Torx Plus ® , Tamper Resistant Drives plus the Class 12.9 / 10.9 / 8.8 material options provide for needed applications.

Machine Washers generally are used to provide for a tight fit between the screw/bolt and nut. The standards are Machine Screw Flat Washer, Countersunk, Fender,  SAE , USS, Structural,  Lock Washer , Split Lock Washer and Shoulder Washer.

Weld Nuts or Weld Studs, are designed to provide a male or female thread welded onto another object.  A Tab Weld , Projection Weld,  Round , Flat , Flanged or Hex Weld nut and Stud are standards threaded Weld Nuts.
