Lengthening and Shortening Shims Provide Precision Adjustment of Die Stripper Travel
Lengthening shims fit perfectly over the stripper screw threads and under the shoulder, which in effect, lengthens the stripper screw length. Shortening shims fit around the screw shank and under the screw head, in effect shortening the screw length. Each kit contains 15 shims of each size to fit six shoulder screw sizes from ‘/4″ to %” diameter.

These custom-made tungsten carbide ball plug gauges are quick and easy to use because they can be inserted at any angle. “Go” gauges go easily and “No-Go” gauges won’t force or bind. Effective in giving a feel for bellmouth, barrel or taper. Sizes available in increments of .0001 inch, from .0500 to .7500 inch. The polished tungsten carbide balls up to 1.0 inch are class Z tolerance (“Go” is +.0001 inch; “No-Go” is .0001 inch). Stainless steel shank. Standard delivery is two weeks.
